This URL request form is to be used to provide CNI with the necessary information which will be submitted to InterNIC for processing. The $25.00 fee charged by CNI may be applied to WEB Site Development & Hosting charges if a Web Site contract is signed with CNI within 30 days of this submittal. InterNIC charges a separate fee (currently $35.00/year) for up to a 10 year registration of the Domain Name. This fee will be invoiced by InterNIC separately to the name listed as the Billing Contact in the above form.
